Damn! As much, as I don't want to believe this, I would have to say I can understand Andre's thoughts of the his recent decisions he has been making the last few years. Fans of OutKast and hip-hop culture do not want to see him leave, because once he leaves all creativity with hip-hop leaves with him. Read some of the recent interviews (Entertainment Weekly) and be open-minded. Is OutKast really gon' end with "Idlewild" and "Ten The Hard Way"?
.....The two members of Outkast are on the verge of splitting up for good after Andre 3000 told partner Big Boi he won't tour.
The old pals still have one more album to record under their Sony contract - but Andre 3000, real name Andre Benjamin, insists he'll never go on the road to promote it.
Benjamin refused to tour the duo's last album, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, prompting his bandmate to perform alone, and he has no wishes to hit the road again for a planned hits tour.
He says, "It's like wearing a Jheri curl in the fifth grade and then trying to wear a Jheri curl at 65, just to look like you did in the fifth grade.
"I don't wanna keep throwing myself back into that. I don't wanna be on stage rapping at age 40. I probably wanna be at some club, playing saxophone."
Big Boi, real name Antwan Patten, is still optimistic his bandmate will join him for a finale tour, but Benjamin insists it's really unlikely.
He adds, "The business has put a strain on our relationship. We're like brothers, though. We can argue, but we're still gonna be together.
"I want Big Boi to do well inside and outside of Outkast. Because certain things don't last forever."

Entertainment Weekly's "The End of OutKast?"

Master P steps to Bow Wow. Talk about picking on someone your own size. P at least has 20 years, two feet and 150 pounds on Bow. Hot 97's Miss Info reported that Master P recently approached Bow backstage at Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Word is P didn't look like he was in a spanking mood. With several No Limit goons in tow, P stepped to Bow about dissing his son Lil Romeo on "Fresh Azimiz." The New Orleans rapper was apparently particularly ticked off by Bow saying, "I'm 18 and making more than your dad" in the song. Word is Bow kept calm and replied, "Actually the song ain't about you, but if the shoe fits..."
